Treatment Nurse – Full-Time

Pay: $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time
Are you a nurse who takes pride in attention to detail, strong clinical care, and seeing your residents make meaningful progress?
Sundance Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys wound care, skin management, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide wound and skin treatments according to physician orders and established plans of care
- Perform routine skin assessments and monitor residents for changes in skin condition
- Complete dressing changes and other ordered treatments
- Monitor wound healing and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support residents, families, and staff regarding skin integrity and treatment plans
- Promote preventative practices to help maintain resident comfort and skin health
- Follow infection prevention and safety practices
What We’re Looking For
- Current California nursing license
- Previous wound care, treatment nursing, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, organized, and able to effectively manage treatment schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
