Join the Treasury Performance and Risk Analytics team and play a key role in supporting quantitative analytics, risk transparency, and management reporting across Treasury. As the manager responsible for performance and risk analytics, you will combine deep knowledge in financial risk, quantitative methodologies, data, and reporting to support informed decision-making and improve Treasury's analytical tools.

Working closely with Treasury, Technology, and Data Engineering teams, you will develop scalable analytical solutions, enhance risk methodologies, and ensure robust governance, controls, and reporting standards across Treasury activities.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Treasury exposure analytics, risk methodologies, valuation approaches, and performance measurement frameworks across FX, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty credit risk.

• Develop and maintain risk metrics, scenario analyses, sensitivity measures, and stress-testing frameworks, ensuring robust methodology design and validation.

• Deliver analytics-driven management reporting, Treasury performance insights, and recommendations to support senior stakeholder decision-making.

• Define analytical data requirements, calculation logic, and quality standards, collaborating closely with the Treasury Data Engineer to develop scalable solutions within the Treasury Database (TRDB).

• Validate data and system outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, traceability, and readiness for quantitative analysis.

• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and automated analytical workflows using tools such as Power BI, Python, R, and VBA.

• Ensure Treasury methodologies, reporting processes, and controls comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.

• Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, models, controls, and reporting processes to support governance and regulatory reviews.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative or financial discipline.

• Significant experience in Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Quantitative Analytics, or a comparable financial markets environment.

• Deep understanding of FX, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty credit risk, including their impact on valuation, financial results, balance sheet, cash flows, and Treasury performance.

• Demonstrated experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, valuation approaches, stress testing, and performance metrics.

• Advanced programming and analytics skills, including experience with Power BI, Python, R, VBA, or comparable tools.

• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems, market data platforms, and analytical reporting environments.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements relevant to Treasury activities, including US GAAP.

• Highly developed problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making skills, with a consistent focus on quality, controls, and ongoing improvement.

• High level of integrity, professional judgment, and attention to detail.
