• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor daily truck movements to ensure all customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled within the required timeframe.
• Arrange truck and driver assignments based on delivery schedules, customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Monitor truck movements and delivery progress to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and operations teams to resolve delivery delays, scheduling changes and transportation issues.
• Ensure all transport documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD) and trip records, are accurate and complete for billing purposes.
• Prepare and submit daily transport reports, delivery updates and operational records on time.
