Description
The TMS associate Product Owner is a role to support a capability as part of the Digital Capability team under Digital Marketing which supports and enabling the strategies of Copeland and subsequent businesses. This capability specialist will coordinate with other capability owners (such as web, PIM, & DAM) to manage, document, process, and govern tools and platforms related to the capability.
Further this product owner will operate across our business units and functional teams to overseeing and managing their translation needs with our vendors as well as maintenance, development, and management of the TMS systems, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating efficient operation and distribution of the content translations.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing experience with marketing technology (MarTech) with experience managing a ditigal platform. Partnering with key marketing, business, and technology leads, the TMS product owner will support the digital capability roadmap and framework. This role will report to the Digital Demand Lead.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform administration of platform systems, users, roles and associated data across a range of enterprise tools including those that may be assigned on an ongoing basis.
- Build enhancements for data and metadata to manage platform in relation to integrations and capability; managing backlog for future improvements.
- Monitor & facilitate translation requests, coordinate delivery activities and ensure timely completion of translation projects.
- Maintain data quality and hygiene and adhere to standard processes to ensure proper operation of systems (Primarily TMS - Translation Management System and other related platforms).
- Collaborate with capability owners across PIM, DAM, Web and Commerce to support integrated content processes.
- Assist users in with content submissions, exports, troubleshooting and platform adoption.
- Train and document governance standards, business processes, system configurations and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendor support teams for system setup, configuration, and issue resolution for supported platforms.

Requirements
Basic
- One (1) year managing a digital SAAS Platform
- Three (3) years of general digital/martech/IT experience
- Strong project management skills.
- Skill in learning and administering SAS (Software as System) platforms
- Advanced computer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and tools
- Ability to think strategically/critically and problem solve with commitment to achieving goals.
- Work mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) but willing to work on occasional (planned) shifting operations to support the assigned business group.
