  • Embed sustainable organisational change across complex business and technology transformations, helping people adopt new ways of working and realise the intended value of change.

We are continuing to grow our Talent practice in Ireland and are looking for experienced Consultants who are passionate about helping organisations navigate change and shape the future of work.

What You'll Do

As a Change & HR Transformation Consultant, you will work as part of our client teams, supporting the design and delivery of people, change and workforce transformation initiatives.

You will:

  • Support the delivery of change and transformation activities across business, HR and technology programmes, working with clients and Accenture colleagues from planning through to implementation and business readiness.
  • Contribute to change plans and interventions, including stakeholder analysis, change and readiness assessments, communications, engagement, learning and adoption activities.
  • Help assess how change will affect people and teams, identifying changes to roles, processes, skills, behaviours and ways of working and supporting the development of appropriate change interventions.
  • Develop communications and engagement materials, creating clear and engaging content for different stakeholder groups and exploring how digital and AI-enabled tools can enhance communications and engagement.

  • Support learning and capability-building activities, including learning needs analysis, training plans and the development of learning content.
  • Engage with client stakeholders, gathering information and insights, supporting meetings and helping build strong working relationships across project teams.
  • Contribute to workshops and working sessions, helping prepare materials, facilitate discussions, capture insights and translate outputs into clear actions and deliverables.
  • Use data and insights to support transformation, analysing information and identifying trends that can help inform change, workforce and organisational decisions.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables, turning complex information into clear, structured and engaging presentations, reports, plans and other project outputs.
  • Contribute to our Talent practice, sharing ideas and knowledge and supporting the development of our Change and HR Reinvention capabilities in Ireland.

  • Good stakeholder and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisation and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage your own activities, deliverables and deadlines as part of a wider team.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, particularly around how technology, data and AI are changing organisations, workforces and ways of working.
