Job Description

Conjuntamente con el equipo de mantenimiento de montaje, estudiaría como aplicar la IA en la mejora de los procesos de mantenimiento y los procesos de fabricación.

- Control de las manutenciones (desgaste, posición, apoyos).
- Búsqueda de nuevos sistemas de control preventivo para averías mecánicas/eléctricas.

- Sistemas de visión artificial conectados al cloud.
- Soporte en la gestión y finalización de los proyectos de visión.

- Mantenimiento predictivo y análisis de los datos con IA.
- Finalizar y pilotar los proyectos de mantenimiento predictivo aplicando IA para análisis de datos y tendencias.

- Digitalización tareas y procesos organizativos y de gestión.
- Aportar nuevas ideas para eliminar tareas de no valor añadido: rellenar datos, generar informes diarios, etc.
