Threat Tec, a leader in operational environment replication and training solutions, is seeking a Training and Readiness Manager to join our team at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This role involves designing, executing, and evaluating training programs to enhance operational readiness within a Special Operations Forces (SOF) or combat arms context. The ideal candidate will leverage prior military experience, an in-depth understanding of SOF capabilities, and proven expertise in curriculum development to create effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage comprehensive training and readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and mission requirements

Lead the development and implementation of curriculum using best practices in instructional methods

Integrate multi-domain concepts (land, air, maritime, space, and cyber) into training strategies to enhance operational effectiveness

Apply expertise in the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), or equivalent, to develop and refine training materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to established standards

Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, making data-driven improvements to enhance readiness across the organization

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to staff on training methodologies, SOF capabilities, and multi-domain operations

Qualifications

Prior military service, with experience serving on the staff of a special operations or combat arms battalion, regiment, or brigade

Proven track record leading MCPP, MDMP, or equivalent planning processes

Formal training and experience in curriculum development and instructional methods

Thorough understanding of SOF capabilities, support, and operations

Understanding of multi-domain operations (land, air, maritime, space, cyber)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Graduate of an armed forces Command and Staff College or equivalent professional military education

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility
