What would you do? • This Role involves deeper understanding of the Comp & Benefits and Performance management & Leveraging expertise to solve specific problems pertaining to Comp & Benefits . Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management. • candidates with Compensation Benefits experience • Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design - P5 • HR Domain Certification • Knowledge and experience of Success Factors Employee Central Module • 6 - 7 years of industry experience • 4+ years of Comp & Benefits and Performance management experience • 2 + years of team handling experience • Experience of working on HCM system • • Working knowledge of Success Factors - Employee Life Cycle processes • New process transition • Experience in HRO set up for multi- country support • Excellent interpersonal skills - can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting. • Resilience and ability to work under pressure • Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality • Focus on high data accuracy and attention to detail
Roles and Responsibilities: • 1. Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and that resources have the right skills required for the job. Liaise with OADM Accenture Leadership Recruitment and IJP Teams on staffing requirements. • 2. Provide team members with a clear sense of direction and an understanding of each others responsibilities including career planning and succession planning. • 3. Ensure a robust measurement system to support performance evaluation of team members and recognize and reward individual and team accomplishments. • 4. Conduct and support training for regional teams and onboard new team members on all areas of Benefits Operations including Controls and Compliance Business Continuity Plans process analysis and customer service. • 5. Enhance team morale and engagement levels through team bonding exercises and activities. Liaise with local PPAs and the Human Resources Team to drive key people initiatives. • 6. Ensure the team is aware of its goals and how performance will be evaluated. Ensure that team members are able to explain the process. • 7. Act as the escalation and resolution point for team members regarding people related queries. Liaise with the local Human Resources Team on critical issues. • 8. Communicate clearly and concisely using the appropriate level of detail terminology and style. • 9. Retain talent and establish growth paths for valued resources. Liaise with the local Human Resources Team on critical issues. • 10. Ensure team alignment and effective work allocation within the team. • In-depth understanding of Benefits processes supported by Accenture for different geographies. Drives activities to meet requirements • Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required. • Raises relevant quality or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible. •
