We are looking for an Associate to support ERP delivery with particular expertise in business intelligence and data. As a member of the broader ERP delivery team, you will contribute across delivery activities while leaning into your area of technical expertise when BI and data solutions are needed. This includes building Power BI dashboards and data models, writing Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), preparing and validating data, and developing data and automation workflows. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models. 

• Build and optimize workflows for data preparation, transformation, and automation. 

• Create custom visuals and calculations from business requirements. 

• Support data preparation and quality assurance. 

• Contribute across ERP delivery activities while bringing hands-on BI and data expertise where needed. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data-management capability. 

• Working knowledge of DAX queries and calculations, and strong data-modeling instincts. 

• Hands-on experience with data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation and optimization tools such as Alteryx or similar technologies. 

• Experience building and customizing SharePoint sites. 

• Supporting capability with the Power Platform. 

• A strong desire to learn, and the discipline to check your own work, including anything AI helps you produce. 

• Bachelor's degree. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• AI or machine-learning exposure. 

• Power Apps and Power Automate. 

• Advanced automation tools.
