As a Tax ERP Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth within our Tax practice. You will focus on automating data processes using advanced technologies and techniques to streamline data-related tasks, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

We are looking for a Manager to lead a globally distributed team, keep delivery moving cleanly across time zones, and help our people and our methods improve with every engagement. You lead through others while staying close to the work. You do not need to be the deepest expert in every tool, but you understand the work well enough to shape the approach, challenge the team, and own the outcome. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Lead a globally distributed delivery and technical team, and set clear priorities, ownership, and decision rights so people can act with confidence. 

• Sit on the engagement management team, turn objectives into executable work, and represent the team's progress, risks, and needs. 

• Partner with engagement leaders to match staffing and utilization to real delivery demand and quality commitments. 

• Own the quality of the team's work, and manage scope, deadlines, dependencies, budget, and delivery against the plan. 

• Remain a hands-on contributor when needed, stepping into delivery, problem solving, or solution design to keep the work moving and maintain quality. 

• Develop Associates and Senior Associates through coaching and honest feedback, and build a habit of continuous improvement. 

• Help engagement teams shape practical transformation options for clients, improve how the team works, and turn what works into methods and capabilities the practice can reuse. 

• Lead and participate in client discussions as appropriate, bringing the right people and expertise into the conversation. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• 6 to 10 years in ERP implementation or integration, systems implementation, or transformation delivery. 

• A track record of leading global or distributed teams and delivering through others, with results you can point to. 

• The ability to lead through ambiguity and change while holding quality and keeping people engaged. 

• Experience managing staffing, dependencies, scope, and project economics on live engagements. 

• Clear, credible communication with senior stakeholders, in writing and in person. 

• Enough fluency with Power BI, Alteryx, Power Platform, AI, or similar tools and technologies to guide specialists and judge their impact on delivery. 

• A real commitment to developing people, and the willingness to model the standards you expect. 

• Bachelor's degree. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• You have built or scaled a distributed delivery center. 

• You have led teams through transformation or organizational change. 

• You know Tax operations, or you have delivered ERP work in a regulated industry. 

• You have worked in a follow-the-sun or around-the-clock model.
