  • Perform custom analyses and direct multi-capability workstreams spanning market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrate mastery in tailoring communication to specific audiences, effectively communicating and influencing senior leaders to secure strategic buy-in.
  • Sense business needs through stakeholder interactions, drive towards outcomes through high degrees of uncertainty, and lead cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, and access functions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop junior team members providing oversight, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with the broader organization and focusing on outcomes that maximize business and patient value.
  • Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for automation, and enhancing analytical workflows.
  • Play an active role in the adoption of analytical products, participating in roadmap discussions, user testing, and providing constructive feedback to ensure seamless integration into business workflows.
  • Quickly adapt to evolving priorities by working flexibly across core capabilities:
    • Data Analytics: Apply an analytical mindset to guide data modeling, analyze longitudinal and claims datasets, and solve complex business challenges.
    • Market Research: Design, conduct, and guide qualitative and quantitative primary market research with patients, caregivers, HCPs, and ecosystem stakeholders to inform brand strategy and customer experience.
