We at Coforge are hiring Position (22656) with the following skill set.

1. Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and governance for complex payments transformation programs, ensuring quality, risk management, and timely delivery.
2. Drive test automation adoption using tools such as TOSCA, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks to improve coverage, reduce execution effort, and accelerate release cycles.
3. Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, and production validation activities, coordinating across business, development, architecture, and vendor teams.
4. Strong understanding of Mexico Payments systems and processes, including SPEI, banking payments, settlement flows, interfaces, message validations, and regulatory considerations.
5. Track quality metrics, defect trends, test progress, and release readiness, providing executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
6. Lead geographically distributed testing teams, mentor QA resources, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices, automation, and delivery efficiency.
7. Nice to Have: Experience in banking modernization programs, API testing, performance testing, CI/CD integration, and payments ecosystem transformations.
