As a Test Data Management Analyst - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Guidewire Testing within our Advisory - Other competency network. You will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional client support in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, driving impactful solutions that align with their business objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, working closely with clients to optimize their Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by driving client engagement workstreams and delivering high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Manages test data provisioning, masking, and refresh processes for all DNA testing phases. Builds on the test data framework from Systematics, applies it to DNA data structures, and ensures reliable data availability for each DNA test cycle.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications effectively
- Developing and executing automation testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and improve testing methodologies
- Analyzing testing results to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing processes
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and tailor testing solutions accordingly
- Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues
- Promoting the adoption of innovative testing practices and tools to drive continuous improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
