Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that support the organization's quality objectives. Collaboration across teams and managing the transformation journey are key aspects of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within testing environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
