Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall reliability of the product.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SME and technical authority for Worksoft Certify automation across SAP, web, API, and enterprise applications
- Lead automation strategy, roadmap, and implementation to maximize test coverage, quality, and efficiency
Drive adoption of Worksoft Certify capabilities including Execution Manager, CTM, BPP, Impact, and Process Intelligence.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve release quality
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to automation engineers and leads.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to accelerate automation maturity.

- Should have prior experience of leading a project as Project Manager, leading end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of applications, services, and technology towers within the client account
- Manage project scope, schedule, resource planning, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive execution excellence through effective governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Partner with client leadership, PMO, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and productivity targets while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
- Lead resource planning, talent development, succession planning, and team capability building.

- Own the SRE roadmap and drive reliability engineering practices across the program.
- Lead planning, prioritization, implementation, and governance of automation and AI initiatives
- Drive proactive monitoring, observability, self-healing, predictive analytics, and incident reduction initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement GenAI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation use cases that deliver measurable business value.
- Track and report automation savings, AI benefits, productivity improvements, and FY target achievement.
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure automation and AI programs deliver expected business outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Worksoft Certify and SAP Test Automation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise automation frameworks and Quality Engineering practices.
- Knowledge of SRE principles, reliability engineering, observability, monitoring, and incident management.
- Experience with AI/GenAI adoption, intelligent automation, and automation transformation programs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, test management tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Additional Information:
- T12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Automation, Delivery Management, or related technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise programs and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering automation-led productivity and transformation outcomes.
- Experience leading innovation, AI, and operational excellence initiatives.
