What You Will Do

• Execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
• Support the development and implementation of local sales strategies by identifying market needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, business partners, and distributors to grow market share.
• Prospect and secure new customer accounts to expand the territory customer base.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitor activities, and provide regular business insights.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality and support portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and achieve territory objectives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in a Territory Supervisor or similar commercial role.
• Experience in the healthcare products or medical device industry, with direct exposure to implantable devices and consumable products sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Direct sales experience in Endoscopy products is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, or channel partners
