Medtronic Neurovascular develops and markets market leading medical technology, services and solutions to treat patients afflicted with Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke worldwide. Join our established, passionate, and supportive Neurovascular sales team, drive a successful territory and truly make a difference in patients’ lives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of territory revenue, market share, and therapy adoption objectives through strategic business planning and execution.
• Build and influence relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, procurement stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to expand neurovascular therapies.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to support use of neurovascular products and procedures.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies that increase procedure volumes, improve patient access, and accelerate adoption of innovative therapies.
• Leverage data, analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and accelerate territory performance.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, inventory management, compliance, and customer experience.
• Provide leadership through mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices to enhance team capability and organizational performance.

Required Qualifications

• High school certificate (Year 12) is minimum requirement

• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within Neurovascular, surgical, operating theatre, or a related healthcare specialty.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and delivering technical product expertise.

• Demonstrated success managing complex hospital sales environments.

• Experience analyzing data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive decision-making, forecasting, business planning, and opportunity management.
• Ability to travel as required to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and business meetings.
