We are seeking a Territory Manager - Institutional (JB/Penang) to drive profitable growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned territory.

About the role

What You'll Do

• Grow new and existing accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.

• Build strong relationships with customers from operational teams to senior leadership.

• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive recurring revenue through service contracts and consumables.

• Partner with Service, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data in CRM.

• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• 3-8 years of B2B sales or account management experience.

• Experience within Institutional, Hygiene, Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Chemicals, or related industries.

• Hunter mentality, with strong business development capability

• Strong commercial, negotiation skills and stakeholder management

• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and grow territory sales.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally within a matrix organization
