ROLE SUMMARY:

The Temporary Instructor to assist with Training Lab development and training efforts with strong focus on Inline Instrumentation and PLC Capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary Role - train/instruct other current technicians in the Brewing Process, PLC Standards, and other production solutions.
• Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment
• Participate in new training curriculums development to meet the training demands as required
• Provide backup training support for other training sessions when necessary

JOB QUIALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise required
• 10+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two year technical degree preferred
• Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements
• Chance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners
