Teller

Responsibilities

• To process all transactions (both cash and non-cash) accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures;

• Conduct dozens of bank’s routine transactions in accordance with established guideline (cash cheques, accept deposits, tax/insurance/school payment and process withdrawals etc.) accurately and efficiently;

• Resolve customers’ issues and provide relevant information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• Working experience is preferred but not essential

• Pleasant character with good communication skills

• Proficient in PC applications

• Good command of English and Chinese
