REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:
Escolaridad: Carrera técnica en electricidad (trunca o terminada) o experiencia equivalente como eléctrico de mantenimiento
Años de experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en mantenimiento eléctrico: bombas, motores, variadores de frecuencia, termopares, contactores, arrancadores, tableros de baja tensión y CCM's
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Instrumentación y herramientas eléctricas; detección de fallas y medición de ausencia de voltaje
Estándares de seguridad eléctrica, procedimientos, instructivos y programas de mantenimiento
Mejores prácticas: MVD, 5's, mantenimiento autónomo y trabajo en equipo
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
Mantenimiento eléctrico correctivo, preventivo y predictivo: Ejecutar mantenimiento a tableros, CCM's, motores, lazos de control, controladores de temperatura, sensores, termopares, dispositivos de seguridad e iluminación, conforme a los procedimientos RP-01, RP-02 y RP-03.
Instalaciones eléctricas y LOTO: Realizar instalaciones eléctricas de equipos bajo estándares aplicables; ejecutar procedimiento LOTO en mezcladoras para mantenimiento y/o limpieza cuando se requiera.
Seguridad y cumplimiento: Cumplir la meta de cero accidentes, respetar las reglas que salvan vidas y los valores de seguridad, medio ambiente, ética y respeto; supervisar a contratistas asegurando el cumplimiento de los mismos estándares.
Resolución de problemas y mejora continua: Identificar y resolver fallas hasta su causa raíz, cumplir al 100% el programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo y participar activamente en las iniciativas de mejora del área.
