REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

Escolaridad: Preparatoria técnica; especialidad en Laboratorista Químico, Plásticos o Manufactura (deseable)

Experiencia: 1 a 2 años como inspector de calidad en puesto similar; conocimiento en procesos de recubrimientos o plásticos

Conocimientos técnicos:

• Equipos de aplicación de recubrimientos: medidor de espesores, brillómetro, medidor de adherencia, impacto y doblez
• Analizador de partícula Mastersizer y teoría de color (deseable)
• Windows, Office; ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001; disponibilidad para rotar turnos

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Inspección y liberación de producto: Ejecutar pruebas de calidad conforme a especificaciones del cliente, liberar o rechazar producto terminado y materia prima, y aplicar probetas para inspección, asegurando trazabilidad en el sistema Dynamics AX.
• Servicio a planta y almacén: Monitorear muestras de producción entregando resultados en tiempo y forma; revisar condiciones de recubrimientos en almacén de producto terminado y elaborar certificados de calidad y paneles de lotes para Servicio a Clientes.
• Calidad y mejora continua: Contribuir al objetivo de cero reclamaciones de clientes, participar en subcomités asignados y cumplir con lineamientos de seguridad, SOX, ética y demás políticas de Axalta.
• Colaboración interdepartamental: Coordinarse con Producción, I+D, Almacén de Producto Terminado y Servicio a Clientes para garantizar la correcta inspección, verificación y documentación de productos y materias primas.
