- MD&I Moulding Tech connects the full technology journey – from preparing new technologies, through stable operation, to global scaling. We work across Prepare, Stabilize and Scale, creating clear ownership throughout the technology lifecycle while working across teams and functions as one Moulding Tech team.

Core Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Lead for our Equipment Platform, taking technical ownership of the equipment surrounding our moulding machines across our global production sites – including grinders, box exchangers, conveyors, temperature controllers and other supporting technologies.
- Lead complex technical problem solving, going into sufficient depth to understand root causes while bringing together the right expertise from production sites, specialists and suppliers to develop robust solutions.
- Own and drive Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from technical investigation through development, validation, documentation and implementation across the global platform.
- Drive continuous development and standardization across a diverse equipment portfolio, balancing different technologies and suppliers while ensuring safe, reliable, maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Build strong technical partnerships with our equipment suppliers, leading technical dialogue, design reviews, issue resolution and development activities across a broad supplier landscape.
- Contribute directly to our sustainability ambitions, developing and improving equipment solutions that can be scaled across our global production network and create meaningful impact at scale.
- Maintain and strengthen the technical foundation of the platform, including technical specifications, drawings, component lists, test requirements and relevant FAT/SAT/GAT documentation.
Do you have what it takes?

- Experience collaborating with equipment suppliers or external technical partners, or a strong motivation to develop this capability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to connect specialists, suppliers and production-site colleagues around technical challenges.
- Ability to navigate different technologies and technical disciplines without needing to be the expert in every area.
