Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Réaliser des analyses physico-chimiques (HPLC, spectrophotométrie, Karl Fischer, IR) sur échantillons semi-finis et finis. - Préparer échantillons, solutions et standards, et assurer la préparation des chaînes analytiques. - Enregistrer et exploiter les résultats dans les logiciels de laboratoire (Empower, LIMS, Excel). - Garantir la traçabilité des analyses et respecter les procédures de bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF). - Identifier les non-conformités, participer aux investigations et proposer des actions correctives. - Participer aux activités d’amélioration continue et aux préparations d’audits internes ou externes. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diplôme Bac+2 minimum en chimie, biochimie ou domaine lié (BTS, DUT, Licence). - Expérience en laboratoire d’analyse, idéalement en industrie pharmaceutique. - Maîtrise des techniques analytiques courantes (HPLC, spectrophotométrie, Karl Fischer). - Connaissance des exigences qualité et des BPF (traçabilité, documentation). - Compétences informatiques usuelles (Excel) et capacité à utiliser un LIMS. - Sens du détail, rigueur et aptitude au travail d’équipe. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Expérience avec le logiciel Empower ou systèmes HPLC équivalents. - Connaissance des processus qualité (investigation OOS, CAPA, gestion de déviation). - Expérience en environnement automatisé et informatisé de laboratoire. - Notions d’anglais technique pour lire documents et échanges opérationnels. - Capacité à encadrer ou former de nouveaux collègues sur procédures analytiques. - Sens de l’analyse et prise d’initiative dans les actions correctives. French Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – France EUR 30,600 to EUR 51,000The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
