Responsibilities:

• Technical customer support and service for national Solar & Energy customers and internal interfaces

• Recording, documenting, and handling support cases in accordance with process standards, including the continuous forwarding of customer feedback

• Coordinating, delivering, and documenting technical services following management approval (e.g., service assignments, trade show participation, and customer training)

• Proactively sharing expertise within the national support team and across relevant departments

• Creating, translating, and adapting technical documentation and training materials to meet national and regional requirements

• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)

Requirements:

• Technical education

• Additional professional qualifications obtained through continuing education or several years of professional experience

• Professional experience in technical support

• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
