À propos de ce poste Technical Sales Engineer chez Robin Radar
Shape technical deals and test systems in the field – ensuring our radar tech performs when it counts.
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you serve as the primary customer-facing technical lead during the sales phase. You work side-by-side with Business Development Managers to shape, validate, and close high-value opportunities across defence, aviation, and critical infrastructure markets. You manage customer technical relationships autonomously, resolving architectural barriers and mapping deployment constraints in live trial environments. Reporting to the Technical Sales Lead, you ensure our products integrate seamlessly into complex ecosystems while building long-term engineering credibility.
What you'll do
Technical relationship management: Act as the primary technical interface for accounts, integrators, and partners from discovery to contract signature. Build strong customer confidence and resolve complex architectural barriers early.
Opportunity strategy and discovery: Partner directly with Business Development Managers to qualify leads and conduct technical discovery. Design tailored deal strategies that align our products with complex client setups.
Demonstrations and field trials: Scope, configure, and execute real-world field trials and proof-of-concept validations. Travel to customer sites to demonstrate system capabilities in live environments.
Solution conception and proposal input: Design practical system configurations that fit into the customer’s existing ecosystem. Feed accurate technical data and architecture details directly into the bid team.
Product interface loop: Capture structured field feedback, operational use cases, and feature gaps. Share these insights directly with Product Management to guide future radar development.
