We are seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead supplier change management assessment programs that support existing and next-generation semiconductor products and manufacturing operations. This role combines program management, supplier quality, risk management, and operational excellence to assess supplier capabilities, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across a global supplier network. The successful candidate will collaborate with Supplier Engineering, Global Supply Management, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to improve change management maturity and reduce supply chain risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier assessment plans, schedules, and project deliverables.

• Lead and conduct supplier change management assessments, including self-assessments, document reviews, risk evaluations, and onsite validations.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of supplier assessments.

• Analyze supplier processes, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Track and drive corrective actions through closure, ensuring accountability and sustainable implementation.

• Prepare assessment reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and program metrics for key stakeholders.

• Facilitate supplier and stakeholder reviews to communicate findings, progress, and risk mitigation plans.

• Support development and maintenance of assessment methodologies, standards, training materials, and best practices.

• Maintain assessment records, analytics, and reporting within enterprise systems and tools.

• Serve as a focal point for supplier assessment activities and related escalations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that strengthen supplier change management capability and compliance.

• Manage projects from planning through execution, coordinating resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or related technical field.

• 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, supplier engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, operations, or related disciplines.

• Experience conducting supplier assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, change control, and risk management principles.

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience with project management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or other advanced manufacturing industry experience.

• Familiarity with supplier quality systems, PCN, ECN/ECO, CAPA, risk management, and change management processes.

• Experience conducting supplier assessments, operational excellence reviews, process maturity evaluations, or supplier development programs.

• PMP, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ISO Internal/Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CMQ/OE, CQE, or related certifications in auditing, business process excellence, and continuous improvement preferred.
