À propos de ce poste Technical Project Manager: Core Bank Modernization chez Kunai
Kunai builds full-stack technology solutions for banks, credit and payment networks, infrastructure providers, and their customers. Together, we are changing the world’s relationship with financial services. At Kunai, we help our clients modernize, capitalize on emerging trends, and evolve their business for the coming decades by remaining tech-agnostic and human-centered.
You'll lead a core banking modernization initiative, bringing strong organizational skills and a bias for action to a project where the path isn't always clearly marked. You'll be joining a leading professional services firm as a full time employee, doing real client work that ships, not theoretical roadmaps.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own day-to-day management of a core banking modernization initiative, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a clear bias for action rather than waiting for perfect clarity
- Build relationships across the client's organization, understanding who owns what and how decisions actually get made
- Escalate progress, risks, and blockers clearly and confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep modernization work moving toward its goals
- Surface risks and dependencies early, working with stakeholders to resolve them before they become problems
- Translate technical detail into language that senior, non-technical audiences can act on
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day contacts to senior sponsors
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement ability, including navigating complex organizational structures
- Financial industry experience, specifically domestic banking
- Comfort reporting and escalating directly to senior and executive audiences
- A clear bias for action, someone who moves things forward rather than waiting for ideal conditions
- Experience working through ambiguity on a project without a fully defined playbook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences
- A collaborative, clear communicator who builds trust quickly across an organization
