- Develop and refine roadmaps for your portfolio of operational programs, translating sparse requirements into concrete technical solutions aligned with yearly business objectives.
- Build automation-based workflows, workflow agents, and self-service tools within industry-standard engineering systems (such as AWS, Salesforce, Fivetran, Jira, and GitHub) to serve as organizational force multipliers.
- Define, collect, and sanitize raw usage data to design and implement business intelligence visualizations that inform data-driven decisions and measure program impact.
- Synthesize complex project information into accessible narratives, autonomously presenting deliverables tailored for engineering senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Break down technical solutions into meaningful milestones, executing with high confidence and velocity across your program portfolio.
- Operate and deliver projects utilizing industry and project management best practices.
About you
- You have 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or in a similar technical program/project management function.
- You have a background in software development or a deep understanding of software engineering platforms and infrastructure architecture.
- You have domain expertise and working Python knowledge in relation to data structures, distributed systems, and business intelligence data analysis.
- You are proficient in navigating and leveraging tools like Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran to build modular data preparations and clean visualizations.
- You are a strategic relationship builder who can navigate team dynamics effectively, manage competing priorities, and smoothly unblock technical teams.
- You are an excellent communicator who can turn complex technical data into clear, accessible narratives for a variety of audiences.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring employment visas for this role.
