À propos de ce poste Technical Program Manager (copy) chez Anybotics
The Opportunity
As Technical Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of one of ANYbotics’ most strategically important robot platform programs, bringing engineering, operations and commercial teams together around a clear and credible path to market.
You will carry delivery accountability against the agreed specification, schedule and product-cost targets, providing one clear and credible view of the program. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will translate agreed product and technical decisions into an executable plan across mechanical and electrical engineering, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification, quality, service and launch readiness.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You will combine strong technical understanding with excellent program judgement, moving comfortably between detailed engineering discussions and executive-level decisions. You will bring clarity where information is incomplete, identify emerging risks and create the momentum needed to make difficult trade-offs at the right time.
You will operate as a senior individual contributor, focusing on one major program at a time and leading through influence rather than direct authority. You will work closely with functional leaders and named workstream owners, while having the opportunity to strengthen how ANYbotics runs complex product development and help shape our broader program-management capability as the company grows.
Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics is pioneering autonomous robotic platforms for industrial inspection and operations in challenging environments. From explosion-proof systems in oil and gas to agile robotic platforms for power, utilities, mining, metals and other industrial settings, our technology is built for environments where safety, reliability and uptime are critical.
Our product combines advanced robotics, mechanical and electrical systems, embedded software, autonomy, inspection payloads, analytics and integrations into an end-to-end industrial solution. Bringing a new robot platform to market requires hardware and software development, industrialization, supply chain, certification, quality and customer readiness to progress together.
This creates a distinctive program-management challenge. Long hardware lead times must be balanced with iterative software development, ambitious product goals, demanding certification requirements and complex make-or-buy decisions. Strong technical program leadership is essential to turning this complexity into reliable execution.
About us
ANYbotics is a leading robotics company specialising in advanced autonomous systems. With a successful Series B financing round closed and strong momentum in the market, we are entering an important phase of growth and international expansion.
Our mission is to transform industrial inspection and operations through world-class robotics. We combine deep robotics expertise with real customer deployments in demanding industrial environments. This is an opportunity to join at a stage where the technology is proven, the ambition is high, and the decisions made now will have a major impact on the company’s future.
Your Contributions
Lead an integrated robot platform program from charter through development, industrialization, launch, early-life reliability and handover, delivering against agreed specification, schedule and product-cost targets
Own the integrated program plan against the agreed scope, including the baseline, milestones, dependencies, critical path, COGM targets and delivery gates
Align work across hardware, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification, quality, verification and validation, service and launch readiness, maintaining one credible view of progress for senior stakeholders
Work through functional leaders and named workstream owners to establish clear responsibilities, identify capability gaps and secure credible delivery commitments
Identify risks and cross-functional trade-offs early, bringing forward practical options with their technical, cost and schedule implications, together with a clear recommendation
Drive evidence-based program reviews and consolidated delivery readiness across quality, certification, service and launch, adapting the plan early when assumptions or technical evidence change
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate agreed requirements into an executable delivery plan, including the certification and country sequencing needed to support launch
Work with the CTO and Operations on make-or-buy decisions, industrialization and external-partner execution, ensuring clear interfaces, commitments and acceptance criteria
