About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs across Product. In this role, you will be a key partner to our product, engineering, and operations teams, leading programs end-to-end that directly impact patient outcomes and support our expansion into new markets.
You will own program execution: grooming requirements, planning releases, managing risk, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned to deliver high-quality products on time. You will influence through partnerships, leveraging technical fluency to facilitate informed decisions with engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs, ensuring alignment and clear communication between engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders.
- Release Management: Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with Operations stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
- Technical Fluency: Interpret the technical architecture and dependencies across our data platform, software, and data science work to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams.
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- 3+ years working in healthcare technology or demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs in similarly regulated, operationally complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working with product and engineering in launching new products
- Working knowledge of program management best practices and Agile framework
- Strong experience working with Jira
- Ability to use data and analytical tools to inform program decisions and surface risks
- Ability to interpret technical architecture and understand dependencies across data platform, software, and data science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.
