We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our team in Byhalia, MS.  The shift for this role is 6:00AM-6:30PM, with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in manufacturing environment.

·         Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.

·         Self-motivated with the drive, commitment, and high energy to motivate others.

·         The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.

·         Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.

·         Excellent people skills 

What you will be doing:

·         Operate equipment effectively and efficiently to produce desired output, maintaining high standards of quality required by customers.

·         Ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of product by making efficient product changes.

·         Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain a cohesive work environment.

·         Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.

·         Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within specified parameters of quality, material efficiency, and time efficiency.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace to ensure optimal operations.
