Utilize digital resources and platforms (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Teams) to support and scale training delivery, reinforcement, and learner communications.

Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes engagement, psychological safety, and active participation.

Evaluation, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Conduct ongoing evaluation and improvement efforts, including independent and collaborative reviews of training content and delivery effectiveness.

Collect, analyze, and act on learner feedback and stakeholder input to improve training programs, materials, and facilitation.

Monitor training outcomes and identify recurring performance gaps or operational trends that may require new training, refreshers, job aids, or process reinforcement.
