This role is responsible for overseeing the integration project life cycle from collecting business requirements to design to development, testing, product release, and support, including, but not limited to:
• Defining work scope and time estimations and identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintaining status reports, updating project stakeholders, and escalating as needed.
• Creating Business Requirement Documents (specs) for end users and integration developers.
• Working with integration team members and vendors to set priorities.
• Identifying areas that need system or workflow enhancements.
• Creating unit, functional, and integrated test plans.
• Creating change control entries and cutover plans.
