【職務概要】
ERMでは、プラントの安全性向上を支援するテクニカルセーフティ／プロセスセーフティのコンサルタントを募集しています。
ERMは英国をはじめとするグローバル市場において、テクニカル・プロセスセーフティ分野のパイオニアとしての地位を確立しており、日本国内でも業界をリードする存在として、企業の安全文化の醸成とリスク低減に大きく貢献しています。

このポジションは、アソシエイトコンサルタントまたはコンサルタントとして国内外の規制や業界標準に基づいたベストプラクティスの導入支援を通じて、プラントの安全性評価や信頼性解析を行うプロジェクト参画いただきテクニカル・プロセスセーフティに関しての専門性を高めながらキャリアを築くことが可能です。

【主な業務内容】

・HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/Bowtie/ALARP等のファシリテータ・書記

・DNV社Phast/Safetiを利用した拡散解析やQRA（定量的リスク分析）

・DNV社TARO/MAROSを利用したRAM（信頼性解析）

・安全設計思想書作成やエンジニアリング関連の各種コンサルティング

※貴方のご経験次第でコンサルティング業務範囲を広げ、プロセスセーフティエリアのキーパーソンとしてご活躍いただけます

＜顧客・業界＞

・主な顧客は、オイル＆ガス、化学業界のプラントオーナーやEPCコントラクター

・近年は、水素、アンモニア、CCSプラントに関する上記コンサルティング業務が急増中

※”Sustainable is our business”という企業方針の元、社会を変えるインパクトのある大規模なプロジェクトを扱う顧客（国内・海外）がメインとなります

【応募資格（必須）】

• 大学卒業以上
• 石油・ガス、化学、製薬、エンジニアリング業界における実務経験（2～3年以上）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（文書作成を含む）
• ドキュメンテーションスキル（議事録作成、資料作成等）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）

【歓迎要件】

• 化学工学または機械工学工専攻
• プロセスセーフティやリスクアセスメントに関する知識・経験
• グローバルな環境での業務経験や多国籍チームとの協働経験
