The position demands active collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the organization's reputation through thought leadership and strategic insights.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business value and operational excellence.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
