• Administrative Unterstützung: Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Geschäftsführungs-Kalender, Reiseplanung und -abrechnung, Rechnungsfreigaben, Protokollführung sowie Betreuung des elektronischen Posteingangs der Geschäftsführung
• Datenpflege & Monitoring: Datenpflege und Monitoring in Confluence/Jira und genesisWorld
• Büro- und Meeting-Organisation: Vorbereitung von Büros und Meetingräumen, Koordination von Essensbestellungen und Besucherbetreuung
• Projektunterstützung & Sonderaufgaben: Übernahme von Kleinprojekten nach Absprache sowie Wahrnehmung besonderer Funktionen, wie z. B. als Stockwerks-Beauftragte/r

Your Skills:

• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Büromanagement, Industriekauffrau/-mann o. ä.)
• IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitstools
• Persönliche Stärken: Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit, absolute Diskretion, Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
