What you'll be doing

As the face of our new Parramatta Westfield store, you'll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and teammates
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Support day-to-day store operations across a variety of shifts
• Prepare quality coffee and fresh food offers
• Work as part of a fun and collaborative team

What we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends or overnights
• Previous retail, customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
