The successful applicant will be an engaging communicator, an effective problem solver and a natural relationship builder who can inspire others, navigate complex situations and maintain a strong focus on both people and outcomes. We are looking for someone who wants to make a genuine impact.

This is a full-time position and requires availability across five days per week (Monday - Friday).

  • Coordinate and support client activities, programs and community engagement opportunities.
  • Assist with workforce planning, rostering support and service continuity.
  • Monitor and maintain service quality, documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Support incident management, risk mitigation and the resolution of service-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion person-centred practices and ensure client goals, preferences and outcomes remain at the forefront of service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact within the service and provide leadership support when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience within the disability, community services or human services sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A natural leader who can motivate, mentor and support others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to service delivery.
