À propos de ce poste Team Lead Business Intelligence chez Shiftmove
Across Europe, fleets are under enormous pressure. Fuel costs are rising. Regulatory requirements are tightening. The shift to low-emission vehicles is accelerating. And yet around 70% of European businesses still manage their fleets manually, with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and processes that were never built for this moment.
Shiftmove exists to make this simple. We are a profitable B2B SaaS company and the fastest-growing fleet management platform in Europe, born from the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, and now serving tens of thousands of corporate customers across Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, and beyond. Most recently, we acquired Optimum and Ocean in France, expanding our footprint and doubling down on one of Europe's largest fleet markets.
Our AI-powered platform connects real-time vehicle data with intelligent software so that businesses can procure smarter, control costs, stay compliant, and lead the transition to cleaner mobility, all from one place.
The Role
Shiftmove is a high-growth organization with a mature reporting stack and a clear goal: we are turning our business intelligence function into a proactive, executive-level decision engine.
We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and lead the shift from traditional dashboard reporting to action-oriented, AI-enabled analytics.
Today, our BI function operates on a reactive, ticket-and-sprint model. Your mission is to elevate the team into a trusted advisory partner. As a Lead, you will refine our analytical logic, build a modern AI layer from scratch for automated insight generation, mentor 3 BI Analysts, and partner with a dedicated Programme Manager to execute our analytics roadmap.
What You Will Own
- Cross-Functional Commercial Intelligence: Partner directly with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights on ARR, pipeline performance, unit economics, and customer retention.
- BI Function & Operating Model: Rebuild how the team operates, moving from reactive dashboard creation to structured, proactive business partnership.
- KPI Governance & Trust: Own business definitions and establish a single source of truth that executive leadership and the Board rely on for high-stakes decision-making.
- AI-Enabled Analytics Layer: Implement an AI layer from scratch, embedding modern AI workflows to accelerate insight generation, detect business anomalies, and facilitate seamless self-service for non-technical teams.
- Team Leadership & Growth: The analysts on your team are capable; they need direction, standards, and someone to grow them into business partners
Who You Are
- You have run a BI function before, built something, raised standards, and changed how a business uses data
- You have done this with AI, you have introduced AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale, automation, insight generation, self-service, and you have a clear point of view on where it goes next
- You build governance that sticks. You know how to define KPIs, align stakeholders around a single source of truth, and make it hold across a complex, multi-market business
- You are commercially minded and can hold your own with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, but your edge is leadership and transformation, not GTM depth
- You can review analytical logic, challenge assumptions, and know when something is wrong, even if you are not the one writing the SQL day to day.
- You raise standards, you develop people. You know how to earn trust with executives who are used to data letting them down
- You are not coming here to figure it out. You have already done a version of this, and you are ready to do it better
What the First 6 Months Might Look Like
- Get into the reporting cadence. Understand how the business actually uses data today, where the trust gaps are, and what the team is capable of. Start forming your view on where to change things first
- Begin shifting the operating model. Introduce structure where there is none. Start repositioning the team as analytical partners rather than report producers. Make the first meaningful changes to how insight reaches stakeholders
- You are driving. The team has direction. Stakeholders are noticing the difference. You are setting the agenda for what comes next
Why Join Us
- You are not limited to GTM. You are shaping how the entire business defines and analyses what matters
- A company with a measurable mission: one million vehicles, cleaner fleets, a category being built in real time
- Buy-and-build context, M&A exposure, and the complexity of a multi-market business at scale
- PE-backed and profitable, your work directly influences how the business is valued and how decisions get made at the top
