[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Evaluate applications to alienate remnant State land to adjoining owners, and capable State land to private organisations for strategic purpose.

• Provide guidance and clearance of submissions for the processing of sale e.g. land premium valuation, payment monitoring, President’s approval for sale, title issuance.

• Evaluate development applications for enhancement in land value to faciltiate the collection of land betterment charge.

• Approve applications for consent to mortgage/sale/subletting etc.

• Evaluate lease extension/surrender and re-issuance applications.

• Review policies relating to administration of State leases.

• Formulate new land policies and review existing ones on lease extension, land exchange, land betterment charge collection.

• Carry out, monitor and supervise work processes in a manner that support good corporate governance and manage risk exposures at the team level.

[What we are looking for]

• 5 to 8 years of experience in estate management, marketing, town planning, lease administration matters, en-bloc sales of buildings, government/ private land sales by tenders or auctions would be favourably considered

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Strong people management skills and experience in leading a team

• Analytical, meticulous, performance-driven, good administrative skills
