This role is ideal for experienced educators who are passionate about coaching, collaboration, and shaping the future of the teaching profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a mentor and instructional coach to teacher apprentices.
• Provide regular feedback through classroom observations and reflective conversations.
• Support apprentices in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and student engagement strategies.
• Model best practices in teaching, classroom management, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with apprenticeship goals and standards.
• Maintain documentation of apprentice progress and provide input on performance evaluations.
