Sobre el puesto de Técnico de Mantenimiento para el área de Infraestructuras
Esta posición es responsable de ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento de las instalaciones para garantizar la máxima eficiencia y fiabilidad, dando soporte al cumplimiento del Plan de Producción. Es una posición temporal para cubrir una interinidad (baja médica).
Principales responsabilidades
Actividades de mantenimiento:
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de las infraestructuras de la planta (aire comprimido, climatización, sistemas de control y gestión de edificios, instalaciones de agua potable y aguas residuales, sistemas de tratamiento de agua, generación de vapor industrial, sistemas de refrigeración, instalaciones eléctricas, sistemas de control, etc.).
Realizar actividades de orden y limpieza en edificios y zonas exteriores.
Llevar a cabo las actividades de mantenimiento de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo recibidas y los procedimientos específicos.
Realizar reparaciones en edificios (pequeños trabajos de albañilería) e instalaciones (fontanería, soldadura, etc.).
Realizar reparaciones eléctricas y mecánicas en instalaciones auxiliares (utilities), equipos de laboratorio y almacén.
Garantizar la eficiencia de las infraestructuras mediante la mejora continua utilizando herramientas HAPS: Gemba y resolución de problemas.
Ejecutar acciones 5S.
Gestión de órdenes de trabajo:
Gestionar las órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento en SAP.
Ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento asignadas por el supervisor dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Mantener registros y documentación precisos para auditorías e inspecciones.
Cumplimiento normativo y seguridad
Cumplir con las normas de la compañía reflejadas en las políticas y procedimientos relacionados con Calidad, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad Laboral.
Participar activamente en las reuniones periódicas del departamento para identificar situaciones de riesgo derivadas de desviaciones respecto a los comportamientos estándar de seguridad.
Realizar autoinspecciones del departamento.
Requisitos imprescindibles
FP II en Mecánica, Electricidad o una disciplina similar.
Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia como técnico/a de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en la industria farmacéutica, química, cosmética o alimentaria.
Experiencia en software de gestión de mantenimiento (SAP, módulo PM) y Microsoft Office.
Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Capacidad de gestión del tiempo y habilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo rápido.
Requisitos valorables
Conocimientos en sistemas HVAC (climatización), aire comprimido, tratamiento de aguas, calderas, soldadura, etc.
Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
Mentalidad emprendedora, resiliente y asertiva.
Español nativo.
Nivel intermedio de inglés.
Esta posición requiere de disposición de vehículo propio para acceder a las instalaciones de Haleon en Alcalá.
EUR 26.286,00 - EUR 36.142,70 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
