Responsibilities:
- Develop target packages and conduct network analysis to identify, characterize, and assess individuals, organizations, networks, and target systems in support of joint lethal and non-lethal engagements.
- Research, collect, correlate, and analyze operational traffic and all-source intelligence from relevant databases and systems to identify target relationships, capabilities, vulnerabilities, activities, and potential courses of action.
- Apply the Intelligence Cycle, F3EAD, targeting methodologies, and established analytical tradecraft to support the research, discovery, development, and assessment of key individuals and networks.
- Integrate intelligence from multiple sources to develop and refine target strategies and provide targeting intelligence supporting both deliberate and dynamic targeting operations.
- Conduct link, network, pattern, and relationship analysis to identify key nodes, associations, dependencies, and network structures relevant to targeting objectives.
- Develop and maintain intelligence and targeting products that clearly articulate target characteristics, supporting intelligence, relationships, vulnerabilities, and analytical judgments.
- Provide timely targeting intelligence and recommendations to support target prioritization, operational planning, and decision-making in accordance with commander and mission objectives.
- Collaborate with joint intelligence, operations, collection, and targeting personnel to validate target information, identify intelligence gaps, refine target development, and support operational requirements.
- Apply knowledge of the targeting enterprise, intelligence cycle, F3EAD, and analytical tradecraft to support target development throughout the targeting process.
Levels:
- Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
Qualifications:
- Experience applying targeting concepts, principles, processes, and analytical tradecraft associated with the functions and responsibilities of the labor category.
- Experience applying IC and DoD classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures to targeting research, analysis, and intelligence production.
- Experience working semi-independently with limited oversight to research, analyze, and develop targets in support of operational and mission requirements.
- Experience researching, evaluating, and synthesizing multiple intelligence sources to identify and assess target individuals, organizations, networks, relationships, capabilities, vulnerabilities, activities, and potential courses of action.
- Experience applying the Intelligence Cycle, F3EAD, and other targeting and analytical methodologies to support target discovery, development, validation, prioritization, and assessment.
- Experience conducting network, link, pattern, and relationship analysis to identify key individuals, nodes, associations, dependencies, and target systems.
- Experience developing and defending analytic judgments using logical conclusions, corroborating intelligence, and supporting evidence, and adapting judgments as new intelligence or operational conditions emerge.
- Experience identifying nuances, contradictions, inconsistencies, intelligence gaps, and competing information when evaluating target-related intelligence and determining their impact on target development.
- Experience applying structured analytic techniques and alternative methodologies to evaluate assumptions, biases, competing hypotheses, and uncertainty and strengthen targeting assessments.
- Experience evaluating intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including HUMINT sources, technical sensors, collection platforms, and other intelligence disciplines, to determine their relevance to target development.
- Experience evaluating collected intelligence reporting and collaborating with collection managers, collectors, intelligence analysts, and targeting personnel to identify gaps and develop, refine, and prioritize collection requirements supporting target development.
- Experience producing timely, concise, and analytically rigorous target packages, network assessments, target intelligence products, studies, reports, and briefing materials to support target prioritization and operational decision-making.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, electronic matrices, databases, and web-enabled tools to research, organize, analyze, and present targeting information.
- Experience communicating complex targeting issues, network relationships, analytic judgments, and recommendations clearly and concisely through written products, briefings, and verbal engagements.
- Experience applying targeting analysis to support deliberate and dynamic operations and joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements in accordance with established processes, authorities, and mission objectives.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000
This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
