Remote Raven places remote professionals with US-based clients across accounting, healthcare RCM, legal admin, executive assistance, and marketing. Our sourcing team is the engine behind our 15-day time-to-placement promise, and we are hiring 2 Talent Sourcers in the Philippines to join our internal team.

About the role

You are the first human touchpoint for every candidate we engage. You run the top of the funnel: identify, engage, screen, and cleanly hand off qualified candidates to our behavioral interviewers. You own Interview 1 (the initial screening call), and you own scheduling for every stage after that.

How you'll work: call-first, always

After you verify tenure and relevancy on a résumé (under 60 seconds using our 4-factor paper screen), you call the candidate. You do not email first. You do not text first. You dial. Message and email exist to support the call, not replace it. If you feel resistance to calling before you have "done more research," this role will drain you. We hire people who feel the opposite of that resistance.

What you'll do

• Work the Raven ATS inbox filtered to your assigned roles, HIGH-tenure candidates first
• Paper-screen every candidate in under 60 seconds using our 4-factor framework
• Call every Priority 1 candidate the same shift, then follow up with message and email (Triple-Touch Outreach within 3 hours)
• Conduct phone screens using our screening HTML tool, applying the 4 Non-Negotiables framework
• Fill the screening HTML live during the call, not after
• Execute Boolean sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidates
• Schedule Interview 2 via MS Teams "Vacant Hourly Intervals," proposing 2-3 specific slots (never open-ended availability asks)
• Hit daily targets: 40-50 phone screenings, 30-40 paper screens, 5+ triple-touch outreaches, 3+ behavioral handoffs

Requirements

• What we're looking for
• 1+ year in talent sourcing, agency recruiting, or high-volume outbound calling (SDR, BPO outbound, collections with verifiable dial volume)
• Phone-first instinct — you dial before you type
• Hands-on ATS or CRM experience for pipeline management
• Working familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobstreet (Jobgether a plus)
• Clear, confident, neutral-accent English with strong phone presence
• Stable internet (100+ Mbps), dual-monitor setup, quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset
• Ability to work US Mountain Time (approximately 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)
• A valid NBI Clearance (within 1 year) required before 4th interview
• Nice to have
• Prior experience in a US-based staffing or third-party recruiting agency
• Sourcing for accounting, healthcare RCM, legal admin, or executive assistance roles
• Documented record of hitting sourcing KPIs
