What we're building towards

We've just won a major client as our first customer in-market. We're building Horizontal to be one of the leading digital agencies in ANZ — designed from the ground up for AI delivery, not bolted on as an afterthought. This role owns delivery across that growing portfolio, right from the start.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can manage a complex portfolio with commercial awareness and strong delivery foundations — and who's genuinely curious about AI and what it means for how delivery gets done.

Broadly, we'd love to hear from people with:

• A track record delivering complex projects/programmes for clients (agency, consultancy, or similar environment)
• Commercial awareness — comfortable owning margin, scope, and the health of a portfolio, not just the day-to-day
• Confidence running senior client relationships and being the calm in the room when things get messy
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes delivery — not just familiarity, but interest in shaping it
• An appetite for being early — helping define how delivery works in a new market, not just executing an existing model
