An exciting opportunity becomes available for a Global Strategic Talent, Experience & Project Lead to join our Emerging Talent team in our GBS in Krakow.

Our Emerging Talent team plays a pivotal role in shaping, attracting, developing and delivering these programmes globally ensuring we continue to perform and transform. 

In this role You will support the delivery of global change and improvement initiatives across the emerging talent lifecycle, ensuring that strategic programmes are effectively coordinated, implemented and embedded.

Working closely with the leadership team across emerging taken, you will play a key role in driving project execution, maintaining governance and enabling continuous improvement.

This role reports into the Global Strategic Experience & Project manager.  

What you will be doing:

• Project & Change Delivery
  •    Own and delivery global change programmes across emerging talent
  •    Coordinate project plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  •    Ensure alignment between project activity and strategic objectives
• Governance & Reporting
  •    Maintain programme governance including tracking milestones, risks and dependencies
  •    Produce regular reporting and updates for stakeholders
  •    Support preparation of governance boards and decision-making forums
• Stakeholder Engagement
  •    Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather inputs, provide updates and support delivery
  •    Build effective working relationships across business, HR and supplier teams

Embedding Change

• Support embedding of change into programme design, frameworks and operational delivery
• Work with delivery teams to ensure new processes and improvements are adopted effectively

Process & Systems Management

• Maintain documentation, frameworks and process maps (e.g. ARIS, Employee Hub)
• Support consistency across global processes and systems
  Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, delivery models and learner experience

Essential Requirements:

Experience

• Experience supporting project or change delivery in a global environment
• Exposure to HR, talent or learning programmes (desirable)
