Role Overview: 

We are looking for a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across technical roles, from sourcing and talent engagement to offer closure and onboarding. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their requirements for the specific requisition, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. 

This role requires strong expertise in technical hiring, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, provide data-driven hiring insights, and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Own the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closure. 

1. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and interview plans for Product Engineering and related technical roles, including but not limited to software engineering, security engineering, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, threat research and other specialized technical disciplines as assigned. 

1. Source candidates proactively through various sourcing platforms, technical communities, conferences, referrals, and talent databases. 

1. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles. 

1. Conduct initial screening calls to assess background, motivation, notice period and compensation expectations. 

1. Manage candidate communication and experience end to end, keeping candidates informed at every stage. 

1. Ensure hiring practices follow company policy, Indian labor and data protection requirements, and fair hiring standards. 

1. Support employer branding activities, including campus outreach, community engagement and recruiting events. 

1. Partner with hiring managers and interview panels to drive timely feedback, decisions, and hiring outcomes. 

1. Ensure structured interviews, consistent candidate evaluation, and effective interview processes. 

1. Track and report recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and offer acceptance. 

1. Drive offer management and closure by aligning candidate expectations and proactively managing offer drop-offs. 

1. Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment data, and compliance with defined processes. 

1. Provide talent market insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a substantial share in technology or engineering hiring. 

• Recent experience hiring engineers in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical product companies. Experience with security-specific roles such as SOC, penetration testing, GRC or application security is a strong plus. 

• Proven sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and technical community sourcing. 

• Ability to understand and discuss technical profiles, tech stacks, and engineering career paths with candidates and hiring managers. 

• Experience managing high-volume and niche requisitions at the same time, with clear prioritization. 

• Working knowledge of the Indian hiring market, notice period norms, and candidate expectations across experience levels. 

• Strong stakeholder management and comfort giving direct feedback to hiring managers. 

• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse experience preferred) and recruiting metrics. 

• Excellent written and spoken English.
