As part of the Inspire talent acquisition team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring a strong pipeline to meet Inspire’s resource requirements.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring manager in defining required skills and capabilities of successful candidates
- Establish and execute an effective recruitment strategy, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing of candidates
- Actively engage passive candidates with emphasis on diverse candidates
- Facilitate consensus building and sound decision-making among interviewers
- Build a sustainable and engaged pipeline of top talent for future hiring needs
- Design, develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives and strategies to support future resource requirements.
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience and/or in lieu of degree 10+ years of experience
- Experience with Talent Acquisition technology (LinkedIn, Applicant tracking)
- Demonstrated competency of creatively sourcing a diverse workforce of all levels and backgrounds
Preferred:
- Medical device industry experience recruitment strongly preferred
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
