Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global People, Organisation & Culture team. Based in Hungary, you will partner with leaders across Spanish, French, and English-speaking countries in the EMEA region, helping attract and hire talented professionals who will shape the future of our business.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine strategic recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and sourcing excellence to deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across multiple countries and functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across EMEA to define recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and candidate requirements
• Creating compelling and engaging job advertisements that showcase the Nilfisk employer brand and attract top talent
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
• Conducting interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations to identify the best talent for our business
• Managing recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) while ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations
• Driving continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience initiatives
• Collaborating with external recruitment partners and agencies when required
• Supporting and professionalising the onboarding experience for new colleagues
• Providing guidance and market insights to support effective hiring decisions

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong recruitment background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in an international environment.

We imagine you have:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within an international commercial organisation
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
• Fluency in Spanish, French, and English; additional language skills are considered a strong advantage
• Experience recruiting commercial and business-related profiles
• Experience using assessment tools and interpreting assessment reports
• A proactive sourcing mindset and confidence in identifying and engaging passive candidates
• The ability to influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders while building strong business relationships
